This is an absolutely adorable Dendritic Agate FAIRY TOADSTOOL / MUSHROOM. Shown next to a US quarter coin for size comparison. It DOES stand upright on its own. Very cool patterns all throughout, including some nice areas with crystalline veins of Quartz mixed in where you can see interesting sparkly little crystal formations! Some of which have tiny shimmery areas or hints of rainbow sheen in them.
It has a few tiny organic spots here and there from inclusions that were close to the surface as the stone was polished. ALL inclusions present are 100% natural parts of the stone. Dendritic Agate - The word dendritic literally means “having a branched form resembling a tree.” Dendritic agate has interesting inclusions, resembling resemble tiny trees or plant life.
These inclusions are made from Iron, Psilomelane or Manganese, and are brown or black in color.
