A very rare and unusual pair of Porsche Design by Carrera Aviator model sunglasses. This is the classic large 'pilot' style sunglass with a fine wire frame. Although, in this case, this frame is an anodized purple colour not a gilt or silver metal finish. A very rare frame colour for this model. The lens colour in this pair is a very dark green, and are signed 'Porsche Design' on the left lens. The glasses are in perfect condition, being in 'new old stock' condition, and never before worn. This frame is has been by people from Kim Kardashian to Johnny Depp, in the movie "Black Mass". The model for this frame is 5621 37 135, all written on the inside of the arm. These frames were made in Austria, circa 1980's. The frame comes with the original case and an extra set of mirror lenses. The design of these frames allows for the lenses to be removed, and replaced with a different lens depending on either style, or light conditions. Sadly, the mirror finish has come off on one of the spare lenses in the back of the case. Extra lenses are quite easy to find for this frame, if  required.
