To loosen the piece, slightly pull the handcrafted hinge, then with light pinching on both sides of the tongue clasp, delicately pull the tongue away from the groove to loosen the clasp. The piece is fitted together once again with a delicate push of the tongue back into the clasp and with the final securing of the hinge.
