The original ladies Rolex featured in today's offering is a example of one of these fine pieces. Featuring an Art Deco case suggestive of the iconic Eastern Columbia building in Los Angeles, it showcases a wonderful style. The jeweler we purchased it from said they had tested it as solid 9K or 10K gold, but we believe it is gold-plated.
It has a desirable two-tone sector dial signed Rolex Observatory. Although this was not officially certified as a chronometer by one of the Swiss observatories, Rolex prided themselves on their watches accuracy and often referred to models colloquially as chronometers.

The case is in honest condition with and doesn't appear to have ever been polished. The two-tone sector dial was very nicely restored in vintage times. The high-grade, Rolex movement is clean and keeping time.
One of our watchmakers has disassembled it down to its last screw and cleaned and oiled it. For the finishing touch we have equipped it with a brand new cord strap designed to replicate the look of the original making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
